Your voice is important in our organization. We rely on you to help us by speaking up if you become aware of any situation of known or suspected noncompliance with laws, regulations or MedStar Health policies that threatens our values, and/or impacts our reputation.

MedStar Health strives to foster and promote appropriate and ethical conduct consistent with MedStar Health's Mission, Vision, and Values. To this end, MedStar Health provides clear policies for its associates and affiliates regarding ethical behavior. Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics. MedStar Health's policies encourage all associates to report any suspected non-compliance, in good faith and without fear of retaliation.

In order to facilitate reporting, MedStar Health offers a confidential hotline where individuals can report any concerns regarding potential compliance violations or other incidents of possible misconduct. In situations where you prefer to report anonymously, you are encouraged to call this hotline, at 1-877-811-3411, or submit a report here. This hotline is hosted by EthicsPoint, a third-party hotline provider.

Each MedStar Health associate has an obligation to report any situation that he or she believes to be unethical and/or illegal, whether involving another associate or anyone acting on behalf of MedStar Health.

The information you provide will be sent to MedStar Health's Office of Corporate Business Integrity (Compliance) by EthicsPoint, on a confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose.
