FMC Ethics Response Line

FMC is built on our Core Values of Customer-Centricity, Agility, Sustainability, Respect for People, Safety and Integrity. Our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest ethical standards.

FMC’s Core Value of Integrity is strengthened by our commitment to an environment of transparency where open and honest communication is the expectation – not the exception. If you believe that a violation of any policy or standard may have occurred, we encourage you to raise that misconduct concern to your manager or supervisor.

Another resource is the FMC Ethics Response Line, administered by a third-party service, NAVEX. It is available to employees and other interested parties to raise misconduct concerns, which in turn will be forwarded to the FMC Ethics Office where they will be treated confidentially.

No Retaliation Policy: FMC will not tolerate retaliation against any employee because they use the FMC Ethics Response Line (or any other appropriate channel) to report an ethical concern. Employees who come forward with concerns play a vital role in maintaining our ethical workplace as well as in protecting our company's reputation.

To Make a Report

Laptop/Desktop Web Portal Submissions and Telephone Submissions

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
