Often the best place to start when you have a compliance concern is with your supervisor. If you are not comfortable discussing the concern with your supervisor, you can raise it with our Celanese leaders, HR partners, Chief Compliance Officer or Ethics Helpline.
To protect your confidentiality, the Ethics Helpline is managed by an independent, third-party provider. Your identity and personal information is kept strictly confidential and will only be disclosed under certain circumstances as directed by privacy guidelines, laws and regulations. You may remain anonymous; however, disclosing your identity is encouraged. This facilitates follow-up questions, and in some circumstances, protects your individual legal rights.
Your report will be reviewed by the Compliance Office and assigned to the appropriate resource for investigation. The PIN number assigned to you allows you to check the status of your report or to follow-up with additional details.
Celanese will not tolerate retaliation for providing information regarding any conduct which you reasonably believe constitutes a violation of our Business Conduct Policy (BCP), any applicable law or for participating in an investigation.
The Ethics Helpline is administered by a third party service that will forward your report to Celanese’s Compliance Office.
